Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager, with 3 to 5 years of experience, for our Client, based in Chromepet, Chennai.
The Factory Manager will oversee day-to-day factory operations, including production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
The role entails optimizing production efficiency, managing operational systems, ensuring high-quality output, and adhering to compliance and safety standards.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and targets will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Hindi speaking person required.
- Strong production planning and production management skills
- Experience in quality control processes and ensuring product standards
- Expertise in operations management and overseeing manufacturing operations
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources effectively, and optimize production output
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is an advantage
- Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing setting is required
