Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Panchla. The Factory Manager will oversee daily production processes, ensure quality control, manage manufacturing operations, and coordinate with teams to optimize production timelines and efficiency. Responsibilities also include planning and implementing strategies for improving operational productivity and addressing production challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Management to oversee efficient scheduling and resource allocation
• Knowledge and experience in Quality Control to ensure all output meets established standards
• Proficiency in Operations and Manufacturing Operations Management to streamline workflow and enhance productivity
• Problem-solving abilities and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and handle challenges
• Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or printing industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred
