Job Description:

  • SES - Create SES culture within the team through visible demonstration, engaging his/her team in all SES activities, defining SES objective as annual KRA's and effective deployment of SES Policy/Management system.

  • Responsible to ensure that Risk assessment is performed and controls implemented and maintained for all operational activities. Overall responsibility to ensure the functional compliance to Mars Global Standards, Asset conservation standards and all relevant local SES legislation.

  • Quality - Associate is responsible to ensure effective implementation of Mars QMP (Quality Management Process), Quality and Food Safety requirements including Personnel Hygiene and GMP stated by the Organization as applicable. Associate shall deliver through Respective Area/Process Standard Operating Procedures. Meet basic competency requirements mentioned in the job Role Skill Matrix to ensure Quality and Food Safety requirements are implemented to satisfactory level.

  • Responsible for daily loading & unloading of vehicles.

  • Responsible for physical materials flow to /through the factory and storage of raw and packing material and finished product dispatch from factory to warehouse.

  • Ensures proper receiving, utilization of space and identification of materials in raw and packing areas in the factory.

  • Co-ordinates with planner in delivering the period plan requirement of raw material, packing material & finished goods dispatches.

  • Responsible for minimizing the stock variation in raw and packing materials.

  • Co-ordinates with Quality & R&D for the testing of raw & packing material when directly come to factory.

  • Co-ordinate with commercial and external RM warehouse for regular receipts of RM and highlights any shortage of RM/PM to relevant stake holders

  • Ensure timely SAP entries , GR'S , right material moment between locations with right batch numbers for each process order wise , SSTP report generation, ODN and picking list.

  • Coordinate with liquids and commercial team for actual viscera qty and timely GR.

  • Ensure all rejects should be followed through returns process in Atlas.

  • Timely invoice copies transfer to P2P team has to be ensured.

  • Ensure inspection lot has to be created in SAP and coordinate with quality team.

  • Ensure stock reconsolation should be matching with Atlas vs physical inventory.

  • Ensure FG stocks in SAP has to be matching physical inventory and rejections are to be converted to rework stocks.

  • He controls documentation in his area and provides necessary information for inspection and audits.

  • This associate ensures maximum turnaround of trucks in coordination with Distribution planner and RDC teams
