Job Summary:

We are looking for a Factory HR Executive to manage core HR functions including statutory compliance, payroll, and recruitment for factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and Factory Act
• Handle PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and statutory records
• Coordinate audits and inspections

Payroll:

• Manage end-to-end payroll including attendance, OT, and leave
• Ensure accurate salary processing and statutory deductions
• Resolve payroll-related queries

HR Operations & Employee Relations:

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee grievances and shop floor discipline
• Ensure smooth HR operations at factory level.
