Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRMIS, and personnel files.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR operations, attendance, leave, and benefits.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure computation of salaries, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and payroll accounting.
  • Prepare and issue salary slips, Form 16, and payroll-related reports.
  • Manage full and final settlements and gratuity calculations.
  • Compliance with labor laws including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable statutes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
