- Define the overall digital transformation roadmap and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify key digital opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, which may include connection of different tools for seamless data transfer, utilisation, decision making etc.
- Develop roadmap and implementation plans for digital transformation projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams across departments to execute digital transformation projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
- Communicate plans and progress to key stakeholders, including leadership and employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding of digital technologies including cloud computing, IT, OT and cybersecurity.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
- Business acumen and ability to align digital initiatives with overall business goals
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Overall understanding of business model, functions and their input/outputs.
