Job Description:
New Product Costing - Calculation of EBIT/EVA for new products and Localization products, Account view and material master creation for new parts, Updating Standard cost in system for New products, and sub-assembly components
Existing Product Costing -Setting Standard cost in System for existing products Ck11n cost Rollup, Account view and material master creation / updation for new parts, commodities
Monitoring and analysis of moving average cost for the product regularly
R&D Monitoring - R&D Hourly rate calculation yearly
Estimating R&D and COGS cost recovery in consultation with R&D MGM.
R&D Hours booking and cost recovery from HQ
Monitoring and analyzing R&D cost and COGS cost recovery
Monthly R&D MIS reporting to SAG as well as local R&D MGM
