Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Controller, based in Ahmedabad. The Factory Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing cost accounting processes, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate financial tracking within the factory. They will handle budgeting, financial analysis, and contribute to performance improvement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting and Cost Accounting
- Strong Financial Reporting and Finance expertise
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and operational data
- Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing or factory operations is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
