Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory assistance management employee, located in Surat, India. The Factory assistance management employee will oversee daily operations within the production facility, manage workflows, ensure adherence to quality standards, and coordinate with team members to meet production targets. Responsibilities include optimizing production processes, maintaining compliance with safety standards, managing inventory.

Qualifications

• The most important qualification is understanding and speaking ENGLISH
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams
• Previous experience in a factory is desirable
• Strong understanding of Quality Control and Compliance Standards in manufacturing.
