This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Facility Services Operations professional. The role involves overseeing day-to-day facility operations, ensuring service quality and smooth functionality across all office spaces. Responsibilities include vendor management, handling client-related operational concerns, ensuring compliance, supervising teams, and managing resources effectively to ensure optimal workplace conditions for clients.

• Experience in Facilities Management, Vendor Management, and Operational Supervision
• Ability to manage resource allocation, maintenance operations, and compliance procedures
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail for handling client requirements and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Knowledge of workspace and office environment standards is an advantage
• Proficiency in operational tools and technology to streamline facility services is a plus
• A degree or relevant certification in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
