- Managing ECR reconciliation and correction in case of requirement. Handing revised 3A validation, EPS correction like activity.

- Handling ESIC inspection requirements and validating &providing input to authority and client Experience of handling 10 plus payroll compliance projects including big MNC's like ITC, United Breweries and Coca Cola.
- Preparing MIS formats & compliance calendar as per client requirement. Follow-up with client for Invoice clearance.
