Role & Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office center, including managing staff, implementing operational policies, and coordinating with service vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Tenant Relations: Handle tenant onboarding, resolve issues, maintain tenant satisfaction, communicate center amenities, contract details, and occupancy requirements.
- Facility Oversight: Monitor office infrastructure, organize repairs and upgrades, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain high standards of service.
- Financial Administration: Prepare and manage budgets, supervise billing, expense tracking, and ensure profitability of the center.
- Marketing & Leasing: Support marketing initiatives for occupancy, liaise with agents, negotiate lease terms, and facilitate new bookings.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular reports on center performance, ensure adherence to local real estate laws, and maintain relevant documentation.
Skillset required
- Strong people management and customer service skills

- Familiarity with local real estate regulations
- Experience in facility operations or property management
