Job Profile:
He will Responsible for Facility Managment & General Administration operations for site through third party & internal staff as per pre-defined client mandate. Handling a team of Supervisors & Security Staff, CRM, Mechanical, Electrical,.Plumbing Services, House Keeping, Pantry & Gen. Admin Operations for the site.
DEPLOYMENT -Responsible for ensuring pre-defined deployment consistency.
STANDARDS - Responsible for maintaining pre-defined standards for the site consistently. No deviations in both House Keeping & Security Operations. Maintaining highest hygiene levels, customer friendly approach & well-groomed staff to interface with customers always.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT - Responsible for maintaining optimum Inventory Levels for HK & Pantry consumables for uninterrupted site operations to maintain Standards & Service Levels Consistency.
HIGH SERVICABILITY RATIO - Responsible for optimum Operational availability of HK & Security Equipment's at all times to fulfil all SLA - Standard & Service Level Consistency mandate for the site, minimise downtime & ensure all AMC's are In Force and are in force.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT - Regular evaluation of vendor performances, renegotiations if opportune to optimise cost benefit for client - minimise costs of operations & maximise outputs. Maintain positive work practices to keep vendor interest high.
GOVERNANCE, RISK & COMPLIANCES - (a) No deviation from laid out SOP's, adopting Best Practices in the industry to keep team & channel partners motivated and aligned with the service & standard mandates for the site. (b) Frequent audits & sharing finding with Centre Head for timely remedial action in minimising shrinkage & ensure full inventory control. (c) Ensure all SOP / SLA's are adhered to at all times to retain consistency of deliverables of the highest standards. Systematic & Organised working encouraged amongst Teams at all times.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT - Supervise manpower recruitment, management, training & motivation, continuous performance appraisal of team. Personally training of HK & Pantry Service teams for - optimising chemicals & consumable usages, machine handling, stowage & basic maintenance, serving skills, customer friendly approach skills , maintaining fastest T.A.T. etc. training & keeping team Motivated & Focused in line with the Vision & Goals of the Company.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - Liaising with various Government departments & local bodies for full statutory Compliances to keep business legal at all times.
