- Technical Operations: Operate and maintain MEP systems (HVAC, chiller, AHU, UPS, DG sets), fire fighting systems, and building management systems (BMS).
- Preventive Maintenance: Schedule, implement, and track Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to reduce operational risks.
- Asset Management: Ensure all building assets are documented in a tracker, managing defective liability periods (DLP) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (CAMC).
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with utility providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure maintenance tasks are completed properly.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure facility operations adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Energy Management: Monitor consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
