Job Description

  • Technical Operations: Operate and maintain MEP systems (HVAC, chiller, AHU, UPS, DG sets), fire fighting systems, and building management systems (BMS).
  • Preventive Maintenance: Schedule, implement, and track Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to reduce operational risks.
  • Asset Management: Ensure all building assets are documented in a tracker, managing defective liability periods (DLP) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (CAMC).
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with utility providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure maintenance tasks are completed properly.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure facility operations adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Energy Management: Monitor consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
  • Education: Engineering degree or diploma (Electrical/Mechanical).
  • Experience: Previous experience in facility management, maintenance, or technical operations.
  • Systems knowledge: Familiarity with BMS tools and CAD drawings.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, vendor negotiation, and communication skills.

  • ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1–5 years of experience in corporate, hospitality, or industrial technical maintenance.
