Job Description

Facility Operations Management

• Support daily facility operations and ensure smooth execution of soft services

• Coordinate administrative functions, security alignment, and service delivery

• Assist in continuous improvement of workplace operations

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor and maintain adequate supplies and consumables

• Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

• Maintain inventory records and reports

Vendor & Service Management

• Manage vendor contracts and service delivery performance

• Ensure compliance with client-approved service standards

• Conduct periodic vendor reviews and audits

Safety, Risk & Compliance Management

• Participate in emergency evacuation and crisis management procedures

• Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities

• Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards

Budget & Financial Support

• Monitor petty cash and support operational budgeting needs

• Ensure vendor invoices are processed as per compliance standards

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly client reports

• Support audit documentation and service performance reporting

Client Service & Coordination

• Ensure high level of client satisfaction through service excellence

• Address operational issues and identify process improvement opportunities

• Align with SLA/KPI targets and service expectations
