Job Description

Manage day-to-day soft services operations across the facility
Ensure building maintenance procedures and service standards are consistently followed
Monitor energy usage, operational costs, and building performance for optimization
Develop action plans for operational issues and ensure quick resolution
Maintain workplace hygiene standards and ensure compliance with EHS regulations
Coordinate emergency preparedness and safety procedures for soft services
Manage vendor relationships and track performance against SLAs and KPIs
Control service budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives
Handle occupant requests, complaints, and workplace service needs
Coordinate moves, adds, and changes (MAC) related to workplace operations
Support workplace experience initiatives and employee engagement activities
Organize and coordinate events and facility-related functions
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
Train and support facility team members to improve service efficiency
Collaborate with senior management to improve operational performance and team development
