Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day soft services operations across the facility
  • Ensure building maintenance procedures and service standards are consistently followed
  • Monitor energy usage, operational costs, and building performance for optimization
  • Develop action plans for operational issues and ensure quick resolution
  • Maintain workplace hygiene standards and ensure compliance with EHS regulations
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and safety procedures for soft services
  • Manage vendor relationships and track performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Control service budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives
  • Handle occupant requests, complaints, and workplace service needs
  • Coordinate moves, adds, and changes (MAC) related to workplace operations
  • Support workplace experience initiatives and employee engagement activities
  • Organize and coordinate events and facility-related functions
  • Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
  • Train and support facility team members to improve service efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve operational performance and team development
