Role Description

JLL India is seeking a Facility Executive - Soft Services for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day facility operations, focusing on soft services management, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining building standards. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, assisting in implementing facility management protocols, and fostering effective communication with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM), with the ability to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the premises.
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Building Management, with a focus on creating positive client experiences and maintaining property standards.
• Strong Communication skills, including effective collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, along with knowledge of industry best practices in soft services and facility management.
