Job Description
Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure offices, restrooms, and
common areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
Oversee pantry and catering operations, including cafeteria
management, coffee machines, and snack services, ensuring strict
food hygiene compliance.
Plan and organize workspace layouts, seating arrangements,
furniture movement, and meeting/event room setups.
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of essential services such as
power, water, air conditioning, and internet connectivity.
Streamline cleaning schedules and optimize staff allocation to
improve efficiency and resource utilization.
Enhance service delivery standards across housekeeping, reception,
catering, and mailroom operations.
Train and guide team members to prioritize tasks effectively,
manage workloads, and consistently meet deadlines.
Manage end-to-end facility operations including housekeeping,
cafeteria, security, pest control, waste management, and front-desk
services.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
review.
Collect, compile, and validate data from multiple departments to
ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights to
management.
Ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to reporting
standards.
Automate reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, or BI
tools where applicable.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required data.
Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better data
management.
Support audits by providing required data and documentation.
