Job Description

Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure offices, restrooms, and

common areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.

 Oversee pantry and catering operations, including cafeteria

management, coffee machines, and snack services, ensuring strict

food hygiene compliance.

 Plan and organize workspace layouts, seating arrangements,

furniture movement, and meeting/event room setups.

 Ensure uninterrupted functioning of essential services such as

power, water, air conditioning, and internet connectivity.

 Streamline cleaning schedules and optimize staff allocation to

improve efficiency and resource utilization.

 Enhance service delivery standards across housekeeping, reception,

catering, and mailroom operations.

 Train and guide team members to prioritize tasks effectively,

manage workloads, and consistently meet deadlines.

 Manage end-to-end facility operations including housekeeping,

cafeteria, security, pest control, waste management, and front-desk

services.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management

review.

 Collect, compile, and validate data from multiple departments to

ensure accuracy and consistency.

 Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.

 Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights to

management.

 Ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to reporting

standards.

 Automate reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, or BI

tools where applicable.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required data.

 Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data.

 Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better data

management.

 Support audits by providing required data and documentation.
