Job Description: Facility Executive (Mall Operations)

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years
Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Facility Executive to manage the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, DG operations, water treatment plants, and overall technical facility management. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of all building systems, preventive maintenance, and coordination with tenants for operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall mall operations from a technical standpoint to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure preventive maintenance (PPM) of building assets is carried out on time.
- Handle technical breakdowns efficiently and escalate issues when required.
- Monitor, verify, and record tenants utility consumption for accurate monthly billing.
- Maintain and update service records for all equipment and systems.
- Oversee daily operations of:
- HT & LT systems
- Diesel Generator (DG) sets
- HVAC systems
- Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
- Other building technical systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mall or facility management.
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HT, LT, DG, HVAC, WTP, and overall technical building systems.
- Experience in handling building assets, PPM schedules, and breakdown management.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, service teams, and tenants.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
