Job Description

  1. Musthaveexperienceinmall/facilitymanagement.
  2. ShouldhaveITIorDiplomainElectrical.
  3. MusthaveknowledgeofHT,LT,DGoperations,HVAC,WTPandothertechnicalsystems.
  4. Shouldhaveexperienceinmanagingbuildingassets,PPM,andbreakdownhandling.
  5. Minimum3yearsofrelevanttechnicalfacilityexperience.

Responsibilities

  1. Managemalloperationsfromatechnicalperspective.
  2. Ensurebuildingassetsarewell-maintainedandPPMisdoneontime.
  3. Handlebreakdownsandescalateissuesforsmoothmalloperations.
  4. Verifytenantsutilityreadingsforaccuratemonthlybilling.
  5. Ensuretimelyservicingofallequipmentandmaintainingservicerecords.
  6. OverseedailyoperationsofHT,LT,DG,HVAC,WTPandothertechnicalsystems.
