Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mathura for a Facility Director/Unit Head/Medical Superintendent. The role involves overseeing daily facility operations, managing teams, planning and executing preventive maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the facility. The successful candidate will handle budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making to ensure optimal performance of healthcare operations and infrastructure. Collaboration with medical, administrative, and operational teams is an essential part of the role to uphold excellence in patient care and facility management.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills to lead teams and oversee operations effectively
• Expertise in facilities operations, facility management (FM), and preventive maintenance
• Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation processes
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and facility compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare facility is highly desirable
