Job Description

• Lead day-to-day on-site facility operations for assigned properties and client sites

• Implement and maintain building procedures, operational standards, and performance metrics

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental compliance standards

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage service expectations

• Act as primary point of contact for all facility-related issues and escalations

• Oversee financial operations including budgeting, cost tracking, and expense management

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure SLA compliance and quality service delivery

• Promote operational best practices and process improvements across facility functions

• Manage vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met

• Support and develop facility teams through training, coaching, and performance management

• Foster teamwork, engagement, and service excellence culture within site teams

• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and cost optimization strategies

• Monitor property operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in facility operations and service delivery

• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams

• Ensure proactive resolution of operational and technical facility issues
