Facilities Manager

Hiring: Sr. Specialist – Admin & Facilities (Technical)

Location: Gurugram

This role will lead technical operations, drive smart facility transformation initiatives, optimize engineering performance, and ensure high standards of reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and hard services operations
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, BMS, fire & life safety, plumbing, STP/ETP systems
• Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including CAFM/CMMS, IoT, automation, and smart building solutions
• Drive energy optimization, ESG, and sustainability initiatives
• Manage CAPEX projects, infrastructure upgrades, and technical deployments
• Lead vendor management, AMC optimization, and SLA governance
• Ensure statutory compliance, technical audits, and safety standards
• Publish operational dashboards and drive data-based decision making

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Facility Management / Engineering Operations
• Strong exposure to multi-site or PAN India operations
• Expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, BMS, and technical facilities management
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms, energy management systems, and automation tools
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
• LEED / IGBC
• ISO 14001 / 45001
