Facilities Manager GCC

Key Responsibilities:

• Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
• Leadership Planning Strategy Lead the Facilities team within the region
• Plan regional facilities operations and develop strategy in association with Corporate teams
• Implement agreed strategies and work with cross functional leadership for effective management of Development Centers
• Operations Review Review overall facilities operations and guide Facilities Managers
• Undertake root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Participate in monthly management and project review meetings
• Review dashboards to identify opportunities for cost control and conservation of resources
• Customer Satisfaction Track and analyze customer satisfaction scores
• Engage with stakeholders regularly to maintain strong relationships
• Understand customer concerns and demonstrate progress on resolutions
• Enable improved reporting mechanisms to identify issues and guide corrective actions
• Talent Management Development Identify prioritize and implement action items from ESAT surveys
• Engage with employees and plan recruitment or reskilling based on expansion plans
• Set clear performance goals differentiate performance and moderate ratings and rewards
• Competency Development Innovation Ensure team members attend relevant training programs
• Verify the effectiveness and coverage of training delivered
• Ensure appropriate certification and capability development within the team
• Risk Management Identify potential risks to continuous operations of the Development Centers
• Implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans
• Mitigate identified risks and proactively resolve bottlenecks and conflicts
• Review legal clauses and obligations during vendor contracting
• Health Safety Environment HSE Define strategy to achieve HSE objectives and targets
• Review the effectiveness of HSE initiatives periodically
• Participate in management review meetings
• Monitor adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
• Participate in internal and external audits and enable closure of action items
• Infrastructure Participate in infrastructure project review meetings and ensure adherence to schedules and delivery commitments
• Monitor quality standards and enable effective handover and takeover of completed projects
• Business Continuity Management System BCMS Define strategy to achieve BCMS objectives and targets
• Review system health periodically
• Participate in management reviews audits and implementation of improvement actions
• Transport Review transport operations and guide the transport team
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Participate in monthly management and project review forums
• Review dashboards to identify cost control and process improvement opportunities
