* Minimum 10 Years to 15 years Experience in facilities Management

* Degree /or Diploma with 10+ Years in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering with 10+Years Experience in Technical Hard services FMS

* Management of Pools water / operators / HK Vendors /Janitors / MST - Multi skilled Technician

*Management of Technical Maintenance

Ideally a person managed pools - swimming pools - water equality and pool operators

* On Going New project addition/ launch project management experience

* Opex Tacking Design and management

*Providing Solution /Guidance to regional team ( Pan India : Bangalore -Delhi -Hyderabad to manager AM -Regional FM SPOCs )

* PO / PR Validation

* BAU / ODIN Ticketing management
