Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of all company facilities including offices, warehouses, and production sites
Plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Oversee security, cleaning, and janitorial services to ensure a safe and clean environment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Coordinate space planning and office relocations or expansions as needed
Implement energy management and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or issues
Maintain records of facility operations, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation
Lead and supervise facilities staff and contractors
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in facilities management or related operations role
Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards
Experience with facility management software and tools (e.g., CMMS) preferred
