Job Description

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Technical Operations & Maintenance:Oversee daily operations of technical systems including HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, BMS, fire protection, and plumbing.Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and conduct technical audits.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management:Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and AMC partners, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.Supervise onsite technicians and contractors during repair and maintenance projects.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance:Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., CGDP, OSHA).Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve risks.
  • Administrative and Financial Support:Monitor facility maintenance budgets and control costs.Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance logs, repairs, and asset registers.Prepare and submit regular technical and operational reports to management.
  • Team Leadership:Provide technical support, training, and mentoring to technical staff.
