Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations & Site Monitoring
- Act as the key technical resource for site operations and ensure smooth functioning of all engineering systems
- Conduct regular site inspections, walkthroughs, and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards
- Monitor daily technical activities across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other building services
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and maintenance best practices
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of cost-saving initiatives
Maintenance & Facility Support
- Support availability of critical materials including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry spares
- Ensure zero stock-out situations by coordinating timely procurement and inventory tracking
- Maintain continuous monitoring of equipment performance and site conditions
Vendor & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, landlord teams, and on-site staff for smooth facility operations
- Ensure vendor compliance with SLAs, safety norms, and service expectations
- Raise and track maintenance tickets for timely closure of identified issues
- Support coordination of housekeeping, front desk, and basic administrative operations when required
Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including fire safety, health, and building safety standards
- Maintain records of safety inspections and ensure adherence to risk management protocols
- Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and support business continuity plans
- Maintain floor registers for health and safety issues and ensure timely resolution
Reporting & Analysis
- Collect and analyze M&E readings for weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare reports covering maintenance contracts, spare parts usage, incident tracking, and improvement initiatives
- Support energy management initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in engineering system audits and performance tracking
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of service delivery
- Build strong relationships across multiple organizational levels
- Anticipate customer and employee needs and provide proactive solutions
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met
Finance & Procurement Support
- Support accurate billing, invoicing, and monthly forecasting activities
- Assist in procurement by collecting quotations and preparing indents for material requirements
- Ensure proper invoice tracking and coordination with finance teams
Emergency & 24/7 Support
- Provide support during emergencies, crisis situations, and business continuity events
- Ensure availability for site-related emergency calls and rapid response when required
- Assist in disaster recovery and critical incident management
