Job Description

Facility Operations:

  • Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with the schedule.
  • Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.
  • Ensure the implementation and management of Risk and Safety work practices to reduce any interruption to operations.
  • Developing and implementing building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility on energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management and risk management procedures.
  • Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
  • Ensuring an adequate supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by the client.
  • Provide training to on-site teams on equipment procedures and implementation.
  • Support service delivery teams on equipment maintenance and upkeep.
  • Ensure Helpdesk service requests are attended to in time.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that the procedures are being followed and updated as required.
  • Implement and manage an audit programme to ensure the exposure to risk is minimised.

Staff Management:

  • Manage and assist with the personal development of all direct reports.
  • Develop and manage succession plans and appraisals for all direct reports.
  • Actively seek to train subordinates in all aspects of the non- technical services.
  • Actively multi skill all Jones Lang LaSalle staff to increase flexibility and job satisfaction

Reporting:

  • Daily/Weekly reports.
  • Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to client and other reports as required.
  • Prepare / provide input to the site monthly report to be submitted to Client.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery.
  • Management of contract resource to achieve Service Level Agreements to Key Performance Indicators at optimum cost for Client.

Health and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure that service delivery teams and on-site contractors undergo a Health and Safety Induction prior to deployment.

Others

  • Maintain equipment database for site.
  • Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings.
  • Initiate strategies to achieve measurable improvements in energy consumption.
  • Assist minor project work.

Key Performance Measures

  • Achievement of Contracted Service Levels and Performance Indicators.
  • Achievement of contracted Customer Satisfaction expectations.
  • Management of resource to ensure no disruption to client business.
  • Achievement of savings initiatives as agreed with Client.
  • Delivery of agreed Initiatives as per Client/JLL Initiatives Road map.
  • Achievement of performance goals as agreed with manager

Qualification :

Diploma in Electrical Electroncis with mn 8yrs experience as executive in IFM

BE/Btech in Electrical Electroncis with min 5yrs experience as executive in IFM
