Role Description

The Facility Executive Soft Services is responsible for managing and supervising housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises. The role involves team handling, vendor coordination, quality audits, and maintaining service standards.

Responsiilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities
• Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Manage staff attendance, shifts, and duty allocation
• Coordinate with housekeeping vendors
• Monitor cleaning materials and stock
• Handle complaints and ensure quick resolution
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Facility Management preferred)
• 25 years of experience in housekeeping/facility management
• Location: Mumbai
• Salary - 25k To 30K
