Facilities Engineer

• Manage day-to-day facility operations and resolve technical issues across site infrastructure

• Ensure maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and chemical systems

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and building systems

• Ensure compliance with client requirements, JLL standards, and government regulations

• Monitor and achieve SLAs and KPIs as per service agreements

• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance activities, repairs, and project execution

• Conduct technical and safety audits to ensure operational compliance

• Implement energy management initiatives to reduce utility costs and improve efficiency

• Support improvement programs for operational excellence and cost optimization

• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships for smooth operations

• Participate in planning and implementation of site-specific engineering processes

• Track and evaluate team performance using operational metrics and reporting tools

• Ensure workplace safety standards are strictly followed across all operations

• Support troubleshooting and emergency response for critical facility issues
