Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Technical Management

  • Oversee daily facility operations and resolve technical issues at the site
  • Ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and other critical building systems
  • Perform routine inspections and ensure preventive maintenance programs are effectively implemented
  • Maintain smooth and safe operation of all engineering systems

Safety & Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations
  • Maintain compliance with client, organizational, and government policies
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Support critical environment and emergency response procedures

Preventive Maintenance & Asset Management

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment
  • Ensure timely maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and fire safety systems
  • Monitor equipment health and ensure optimal lifecycle management
  • Reduce downtime through proactive maintenance planning

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repair, and technical services
  • Ensure vendor activities align with SLA requirements and project timelines
  • Conduct technical and safety audits of vendor work
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Performance Management & SLA Compliance

  • Ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Monitor facility performance and implement corrective actions where required
  • Support reporting of operational performance metrics
  • Develop tools to measure team and vendor performance

Energy & Cost Optimization

  • Implement energy management initiatives to reduce utility consumption and costs
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings
  • Support sustainability and resource optimization programs
  • Eliminate waste through process improvements

Process Improvement & Best Practices

  • Contribute to development of engineering standards and service delivery processes
  • Support implementation of site-specific procedures and protocols
  • Promote continuous improvement across facility operations
  • Share best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Teamwork & Coordination

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Support achievement of team and organizational performance targets
  • Assist in monitoring and improving technical team performance
  • Ensure coordination across all facility stakeholders
