Key Responsibilities
Site Operations & Technical Support
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure smooth facility operations
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and equipment management standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures
- Provide technical support to resolve site-related operational issues
Facility Coordination & Client Support
- Work closely with clients and onsite teams to address facility-related requirements
- Identify and resolve service requests and operational issues promptly
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through responsive support
- Support continuous improvement in facility service delivery
Administrative & Front Office Support
- Provide basic administrative assistance including front desk support
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and appointment scheduling
- Support general building operations and daily coordination tasks
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of site support activities
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Assist in procurement of vendors and facility-related services
- Support budgeting and planning for operational requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
- Ensure vendor compliance with agreed service standards
Safety, Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure implementation of workplace safety procedures and standards
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Support risk management programs and incident reporting processes
- Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Act as first line of response for risk identification and escalation
Reporting & Performance Management
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs across facility operations
- Participate in monitoring and reporting of site performance metrics
- Support escalation management and incident tracking processes
- Contribute to operational improvements through data-based insights
