Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) on a 24x7 basis.
- Ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
- Monitor electrical systems including UPS, DG sets, transformers, and panels through BMS interface.
- Track temperature and humidity levels in server rooms, data centers, and critical IT areas.
- Monitor fire alarm systems and coordinate immediate response in case of alerts.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly BMS reports (temperature logs, alarm logs, energy reports).
- Identify system faults and escalate to maintenance/vendor teams for resolution.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of alarms, incidents, breakdowns, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, and audit requirements.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and optimization efforts.
What You'll Bring to Numerator
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation
- 5-7 years of experience in BMS operations (preferably in IT / corporate / commercial buildings)
