Facilitator

Role Description

• This is a part-time / full time role for a Facilitator based in the Pune Division. The Facilitator will lead engaging sessions on menstrual health, comprehensive sexuality education, and gender-based topics with adolescents in schools and communities under the SAKSHAM program.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in Social Work, Gender Studies, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of facilitation or community work experience
• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; English communication skills
• Comfortable with MS Office and Google Suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel within Pune communities
