Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive Location: Pune, Maharashtra Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full-time from 3:30pm till 12:30am Probation Period: Six Months Job Summary Valasys Media is looking for a performance-driven PPC Specialist to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across B2B digital channels. The role requires hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Conversation Ads, and Programmatic Ads. The ideal candidate should understand campaign targeting, audience segmentation, budget allocation, lead generation mechanics, and performance reporting. This role is suited for someone who can support demand generation goals by running campaigns that improve reach, engagement, lead quality, and conversion eAiciency. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Conversation Ads, and Programmatic Ads platforms. Set up and optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traAic, awareness, retargeting, and account-based marketing objectives. Build audience segments based on firmographics, job titles, industries, geographies, company size, and ABM account lists. Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages are aligned with campaign goals. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance across impressions, clicks, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and return on ad spend. Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, placements, frequency, and creatives to improve campaign eAiciency. Manage LinkedIn Conversation Ads workflows including audience targeting, message sequence logic, CTA structure, and performance tracking. Coordinate and support programmatic campaigns including audience planning, display activation, performance analysis, and remarketing strategies. Prepare campaign performance reports and share actionable insights, observations, and next-step recommendations. Track and maintain lead flow quality in coordination with internal teams and flag performance issues early. Support testing initiatives across copy, creatives, CTAs, audience groups, formats, and landing pages. Stay updated on paid media trends, platform changes, targeting capabilities, and B2B campaign best practices. Required Skills and Must-Know Areas LinkedIn Ads LinkedIn Conversation Ads Programmatic Ads Strong understanding of PPC principles, paid campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Understanding of B2B lead generation campaigns and full-funnel performance marketing. Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on key performance metrics. Familiarity with audience targeting account-based marketing, retargeting, and funnel-based campaign planning. Good understanding of UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and conversion measurement. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools. Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of landing page experience, ad copy testing, and creative performance. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or PPC campaign execution. Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, SaaS, or agency environment is preferred. Hands-on exposure to LinkedIn Campaign Manager and any programmatic ad platform will be an advantage. Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics platforms is a plus.
