Role Description
We are seeking a Facebook & Google Ads Expert to manage digital advertising campaigns for D2C brands. This is a full-time, Hybrid position based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include developing and executing advertising strategies on Facebook and Google platforms, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ad budgets, conducting A/B testing, and ensuring a high ROI. The expert will also collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content tailored to target audiences.
Qualifications
- This Hybrid position is exclusively for candidates bases in Delhi only with CTC ranging between 3-5 LPA basis on candidates experience, commitment & willingnes to learn & grow with a storng experienced team.
- Experience with atleast 5 Lakh+ Monthly Ad Spends Management across both Meta & Google Ads
- Expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Paid Ads management, including campaign creation, optimization, and ROI tracking, Reporting
- Well informed & experience with Website offer strategies, Website PDP & Checkout Optimization, Shopify applications setup and trending Whatsapp & Retention marketing tools in the market such as Kwik Engage, Bitespeed, Shiprocket Engage, etc.
- Soft spoken comminication skills with clients (Must have)
- Strong competitor reaseach experience and sharing of new testing ideas
- Strong skills in performance analysis, A/B testing, and ad budget allocation
- Proficiency in audience research and targeting strategies
- Ability to create and collaborate on visually appealing and effective ad creatives & videos, also using AI tools
- Direct reporting to the Founder
- Knowledge of data-driven marketing strategies and reporting tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience in D2C brands and e-commerce marketing is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
