Role Overview
The Facebook Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. The role demands analytical rigor, creative testing, budget control, and continuous optimization to drive leads, conversions, and ROI for multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Develop campaign structures aligned with funnel objectives
- Handle audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, and formats
- Monitor daily performance metrics including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CTR
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize returns
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, tools, and platform changes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Clear understanding of paid media funnels and performance marketing
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret metrics and take corrective action quickly
- Experience with lead generation, traffic, and conversion campaigns
- Basic understanding of landing pages and tracking pixels
- Familiarity with reporting tools and ad analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience running ads for brands or agencies preferred
