Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Facebook Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage end-to-end Facebook ad campaigns, including budget allocation and bidding strategies.
- Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve ROI and ROAS.
- Audience Targeting: Build core, custom, and lookalike audiences to reach high-value prospects.
- Tracking & Reporting: Set up and manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API to track performance and provide weekly data-driven reports.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad assets.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of managing a monthly budget of 2-3 lacs successfully.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
