Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Facade Estimation and Tendering professional. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, evaluating tender documents, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers. The role also involves reviewing project specifications, preparing detailed proposals, conducting market research for material costs, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing faade cost estimations, tender submissions, and material take-offs.
• Strong technical knowledge in faade systems, including structural glazing, ACP cladding, and glass applications.
• Skills in analyzing tender documents, reviewing project specifications, and preparing detailed proposals.
• Proficiency in software used for estimation and project management (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in preparing accurate and timely tenders.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for client and vendor coordination.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture, or a related field; prior experience in faade systems is an advantage.
• Strong market awareness and the ability to research material costs and industry trends.
