Job Purpose:
Deliver independent design contributions across key project tasks. Apply technical knowledge to produce accurate documentation and support design coordination with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design drawings and models.
- Execute design calculations with accuracy and verify compliance with relevant codes.
- Collaborate with other disciplines (architecture, structures, MEP) to resolve clashes and align outputs.
- Support the preparation of technical reports and design submittals.
- Attend client coordination meetings alongside senior engineers when required.
- Maintain quality across documentation and flag inconsistencies proactively.
- Contribute to cost and quantity estimation activities based on evolving designs.
- Respond to RFI and design queries during construction stage under supervision.
- Prepare reports and inputs to specifications.
- Track and manage document revisions within the project document control system.
- Maintain accountability for deadlines and deliverables across assigned workstreams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture. Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary design projects.
- Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks; knowledge of regional standards is an asset.
- Awareness of sustainable design principles is desirable.
