Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facade Designer located in Mumbai. The Facade Designer will be responsible for developing and reviewing façade designs, working on shop drawings, and ensuring that cladding, glazing, and other façade elements meet the required standards. The role also involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure the seamless integration of façade systems in architectural projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating detailed Shop Drawings for façade projects
- Experience in Facade Design and understanding of various façade systems
- Knowledge of Cladding and Glazing techniques and materials
- Strong analytical and technical skills for problem-solving in façade projects
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects and contractors
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to project timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the MCP or construction industry is a plus
