Role Description
The Fabrication Supervisor will oversee daily fabrication operations at the on-site facility located in Gondal. This full-time position involves supervising production teams, managing workflow, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, and implementing production plans. Key responsibilities include monitoring welding processes, providing employee training, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring that project deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate fabrication teams effectively.
- Experience with Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and product specifications.
- Strong Production Planning capabilities for effective scheduling and execution of projects.
- Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication processes.
- Experience in Employee Training to enhance team capabilities and maintain consistent performance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
- Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
- Educational qualifications: A degree or relevant diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
