Required Skills & Qualifications

* 710+ years of data engineering experience.

* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data Factory and Azure Synapse including:

* Lakehouse (Delta)

* Warehouse

* Pipelines

* Notebooks

* Dataflows Gen2

* Strong knowledge of:

* SQL (analytical functions, performance tuning)

* Spark SQL

* PySpark (dataframes, ETL frameworks, performance tuning)

* Python

* Experience building ingestion frameworks for legacy systems.

* Strong understanding of data modeling:

* Star schema

* Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)

* Incremental patterns

* Solid experience with Git, CI/CD, branching strategies.

* Experience designing highly reliable pipelines with robust error handling.

* Building the semantic models and Power BI performance Tuning. 11:00 am to 8 pm
