Develop and maintain HIL system simulation models for multiple platforms, including model building, validation test execution, result analysis, and troubleshooting.
Perform embedded controls testing for ECMs / GCMs using HIL benches.
Execute integration and validation testing using NI PCI/PXI-based HIL test benches.
Troubleshoot HIL bench issues and ensure system readiness for testing.
Work with engine and powertrain control systems, including understanding engine duty cycles and stimulus.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for requirement understanding, issue resolution, and test planning.
Lead and mentor junior team members within the HIL simulations team.
Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency across HIL testing workflows.
Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Skill And Experience Required
Education: BE/B.Tech. in Automotive/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5-6 years relevant experience in HIL testing within Power Systems/ Automotive domains.
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, model interpretation, and closed-loop workflows.
