As the part of Business Support Management team, you will spend every day defining, refining, and delivering our commitment to meet the needs of our global business. Demonstrating keen attention to details as well as delivery of best practices, you will leverage a deep understanding of Application needs for Corporate and Investment Bank teams, knowledge of different platform to submit Application Requests and an interaction with Onshore team to provide excellent client services. Job Summary:
As an Analyst in Business Change Management, you will be responsible for raising requests in internal systems, monitoring and chasing these requests to ensure timely completion, and creating and maintaining process dependent requirements. You will also manage and execute additional validation/control processes and work on projects to increase scope, controls, efficiencies, and productivity. This role requires a high attention to detail, strict adherence to SOPs, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and VBA/Macro skills would be an added advantage. Comprehensive training will be provided on the Business Change Management responsibilities, infrastructure, and procedures.
