Primary Purpose
Ensure that all guests are served to the hotels standard in the Restaurant
Major skills/traits of position (4-6 major accountabilities)
1. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.
2. Should have pleasing personality and excellent guest service skills.
3. Should have good knowledge of food and beverage service and knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
4. Should have knowledge of computers/F&B software.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure takes orders for, serves (where applicable, prepares) food and beverages to guests as per the hotels standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
2. Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
3. Ability to serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
4. Ability to observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
5. Promptly respond to guest with any additional request and maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils and refilling glasses.
6. Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort.
Experience and qualifications required for the job
Should be a Hotel Management Graduate/diploma holder with experience of minimum 1year out of which 6 months as a F&B Trainee.
