Job Summary:
The F&B Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth service operations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a positive dining experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
2. Service Operations
- Serve food and beverages as per company standards
- Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order execution
3. Hygiene & Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and dining space
- Follow FSSAI and hygiene standards at all times
4. Billing & POS Handling
- Handle billing and payments through POS systems
- Ensure accuracy in billing and transactions
5. Team Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen and operations team
- Support team members during peak hours
Requirements:
- Prior experience in F&B service / hospitality preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced environments
Qualifications:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Hospitality preferred)
- 03 years of relevant experience
